When I was encouraged to start my own fitness health plans I thought that would be a very easy process by eating less and going to the gym every day. This was not the reality of the situation because fitness health plans do take a bit of calculating and creativity to establish a working routine. So I consulted back to the gym instructor at my local gym and asked her exactly what she meant by a complete fitness health plan.
Not only did I need to eat a little less but I also needed to eat the right kinds of foods. Eating less straight away without changing your dietary habits will only leave you feeling hungry for most of the day and also drain you of energy that is needed to keep you going. So I modified my diet and ate less white breads and refined wheat and grains until I was in a good place with my eating habits.
The next phase of the my fitness health plans was to establish a workable gym routine that not only suited the goals I wanted to achieve but would also suit the time I had available to spend at the gym. I was told not to take on a daily routine because it would be very difficult to keep going for a long period of time and also it would cut back on my social life. So I increased my 2 day workout to a 4 day workout which were sessions of around 40 to 50 minutes each workout. A few months later I was feeling like a new man and had heaps of energy to spare. The recommended health plan had work really well and I was very grateful to my keen and knowledgeable fitness instructor.
